Unjoin VCenter from Domain – PowerCLI

So – title sort of explains it all. Have a VC that needs to be removed from the domain? Ive found that the GUI is somewhat unreliable when disjoining. It will do things like – error out, tell you its disjoined and then after a few reboots it will show back up as joined. So that being said, the most reliable way to remove a VC from a domain is to do it via Putty/Terminal.

Command to query domain joined status : /opt/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli query
Command to disjoin domain : /opt/likewise/bin/domainjoin-cli leave
