Looks like a bad CrowdStrike update has caused Windows VMs and Hosts to blue screen at boot.

A work around that ive tried, and works:
1. Boot into safe mode or from a WindowsPE Disk
2. go to C:\Windows\System32\Drivers\Crowdstrike (Using windows PE the drive letter will be different, probably D: or something)
3. Delete the file that matches C-00000291*.sys – you can find it by sorting by date.
4. Reboot

Attempt at your own risk. WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND YOU BACKUP, Take snapshots, etc.
